Moonstone
Description
A first sight a slab of moonstone can appear a milky cream or grey, but tilted in the hand, it flashes with radiant ‘optical’ colours (hence its popularity as a semi-precious jewelstone). Capturing them represented an interesting challenge and resulted in a captivating image, seen here printed on heavy cotton curtaining.
